What happens if I exceed my plan’s hours?
Approved overflow hours are billed at $35/hour, metered weekly. You’ll always see usage before it’s invoiced—no surprises.
What does a role swap include?
A role swap replaces one specialist with another in a different discipline or stack. The first swap each month is included on Core and above; additional swaps are $500 each.
How quickly can I start after signing up?
Most teams are matched with vetted specialists within 48 hours. Engagement setup—contracts, milestones, overlap hours—typically takes one to two business days after matching.
Is there a long-term commitment?
Plans are month-to-month with the exit flexibility shown for each tier. Pilot plans offer 14-day exit; Core and Team offer 30-day notice. Enterprise terms are custom.
What’s the 6% platform fee on Enterprise?
The platform fee applies to specialist payouts on the Enterprise tier and covers dedicated account management, custom SLA enforcement, and advanced reporting.
